NANTUCKET VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION

RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE USE OF THE PRIVATE BOAT LAUNCH

The following rules and regulations apply to the private boat launch which is located 

between the homes at 336 and 352 Wolverine Drive:

1.Only residents in good standing and their guests are allowed to use the boat launch/dock.

2.Children under thirteen years old must be accompanied by an adult.

3.Boat launch hours are 6:00am – 10:00pm.

4.Fishing is allowed on the docks

5.Gates must be kept locked at all times.

6.No swimming is allowed.

7.No glass containers.

8.No power loading.

9.Boats, trailers, or any vehicle may not be stored, parked, or docked at the boat launch overnight or for any extended period of time.(more than 12 hours)

a.  Violators will receive a written warning.

b.  Boats, trailers, or any vehicle must be moved within eight (8) hours after receipt of the written 

    warning.

c.   If the property is not moved, it will be towed away at the owner’s expense.

10. Dogs must be on a leash.

11. Animal waste must be picked up and properly disposed.

12. Trash must be picked up and removed from the boat launch area.

13.  Please report any damages to the gates or dock to a Nantucket board member.

                    14.  Please report any violation of these rules to a Nantucket Board Member.
